Here’s how we’ll work with you as a Clockwork Certified Partner™:

Curriculum

You’ll be trained on the full Clockwork System including all of our proprietary methods, processes, and tools that we’ve been using to help over 1000 small businesses in the last 6 years. For 3 - 6 months, you’ll receive a new set of concepts, skills, and tools. 

This will walk you, step by step, through the system you’ll be implementing with clients as a consultant and coach!

Evaluation

Once you know the system inside and out like the back of your hand, you’ll take your knowledge to the streets and test it with real clients. (Don’t worry, we can arrange practice clients for you if you’re worried about this part.) 

You’ll submit these recorded sessions for evaluation – and upon successful completion - receive your certification.

Coaching & Ongoing Support for Individuals and Businesses

As a Clockwork Certified Partner™, you’ll receive a series of coaching calls throughout the training portion of your certification. Some will be practice sessions, and some will be “All-Team” Q+A calls with the entire certification cohort. 

You’ll also receive a 1:1 call with your designated Run Like Clockwork coach, and a 2-day virtual event to ask any final lingering questions before certification time! 

Certified partners will continue to receive ongoing coaching and mentorship through our partners program long-term so you’ll be armed and ready to carry out the Clockwork mission.

Module 1: The Clockwork System

Objective:  To become familiar with  the framework of clockworking a business and start shifting your way of thinking.

Module 2: Introduction to Systems + Metrics

Objective: To gain a basic understanding of systems + metrics, so you can take these into consideration as you progress. The goal is to create a foundation of common language to build upon, you will dig deeper into these topics later in the certification program.

Module 3: Identify + Promise

Objective: To identify who the ideal customer is (and who is not) and determine what is being promised to them.

Module 8: Capture Systems + Processes

Objective: To learn how to capture processes and systems to better transfer tasks, create easier access to how the business operates, and reduce friction if someone is out of the office or exits the business.

Objective: To identify which metrics help with making decisions in a business and to create a dashboard to track those metrics.
